His real estate practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate, including retail, office, multi-family, industrial, campus housing, medical office and raw land.   • Represented local real estate company in connection with the sale of two 200 plus unit multi-family HUD 221 (d) 4 properties for more than $25 million dollars.
  • Represented multi-family property owner in connection with the sale of three Houston area properties for $65 million dollars.
